SPECIFICATIONS:

Appliances pre-wired and plumbed

• 78L fridge freezer installed. 20L Microwave prefitted and repackaged for transport. Cooktop and Splashback installed.
• Cooktop requires connection to isolation switch on site by a registered electrician.
• 2 x Double power outlets, 2 x 20Amp circuits and junction box.
• Refer to the proposed electrical circuit and discuss your general power requirements with your registered electrician.
• Sink and mixer tap with waste and P Trap installed.
• Refer to the plumbing diagram and discuss your incoming water and waste water requirements with your registered plumber.

Fully or mostly assembled

• Delivered fully assembled to a ground floor location providing you have the right access. Some models delivered mostly assembled with instructions, due to weight. Check access to final location.
• To assemble your kitchenette, you will need a no.2 square drive, spirit level, masking tape and neutral or matching colour silicone to seal the benchtop and splash back. A battery-powered Screw Gun is recommended. Cabinetry can be heavy so we suggest a minimum of two people during assembly and installation.
